A two-day course for getting quickly up to speed on real-world techniques for managing project partnershipsThis course will examine the impact of 3rd party relationships on the overall process and development of projects. The participant will learn both practical as well as tactical strategies to benchmark, monitor and control project progress and success. Using Project Management processes and skills, the challenges inherent with strategic alliance management will be addressed.
